You've got questions, I've got answers. If you don't see your question below, shoot me a message.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped out every Tuesday and Friday. Order on a Monday? It's coming in hot on Tuesday. Give me money on a Wednesday? Well hot damn, Friday is your day.
Can I track my order?
On most products, no. I try to keep the cost down everywhere I can, you know? Any One For One print will be trackable — you'll receive it in an email from me after I ship it. We can then swap jokes.
Do you ever print custom prints?
Very occasionally. Why don't you wander to the bottom of this here web page, click the Contact button, shoot me a message, and we see where this ride takes us?
How much does shipping cost? Do you ship outside of the US?
Well, that depends on where you live. I ship worldwide, but it's not cheap. Outside of the US is rough. It costs so much, in fact, you'll say, "Daniel, you're overcharging me for shipping."
That's correct. I overcharge for shipping outside the US and then refunding the difference after it's shipped. Unfortunately, that's the best way I've figured out how to do it. This doesn't mean I don't love you.
Can I pick my order up in person?
Yup! If you live in Portland, Oregon, you can enter the discount code PORTLAND for free shipping. I'll contact you with details for picking up your print. And yes, we can grab a beer after if you'd like.
What's your return policy?
I want you to be 100% happy with your order. If for some reason you aren’t, shoot me an email as soon as you get your product and we'll work it out. Postage for items sent back is paid by you. Refunds on original order amounts typically take up to 14 days to process through Stripe. But I'll apologize and buy you a beer next time we hang out. So there's that.
I love your photographs — can I give you money so I can use them as my background on my personal laptop computer device?
You are in luck! Wallpaper.Supply is for you.
That new logo is weird. I think I like it. I think?
It's braille for "my love" because I'm so bad at seeing how much photography and practicing photography improves my day-to-day life.
Shit, that's an ableist metaphor, isn't it? Shit. I guess it won't stick around for much longer.
Is it true you once tried out for the circus?
Who told you that? Seriously, why the hell would you bring that up? I don't like talking about it.
